Hakuba Valley Kicks Off Ski Season 9 Days Earlier Than Last Year!

Able Hakuba Goryu (located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture) will open its 100% natural snow slopes on November 30th (Thursday) at 9:40 AM. Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, also in Hakuba Village, starts welcoming skiers from 9:45 AM. With Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort also opening on the same day, the Hakuba Valley area is buzzing with early season excitement.

  • Ticket Prices: Adults 6,500 Yen, Children 3,300 Yen
  • Operating Lifts: Alps No.1 Pair Lift from 9:50 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Ski Run: Alps Daira Panorama Course
  • Facilities: Escal Plaza Base Center 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Alps360 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ※No access to Hakuba47

The multi-purpose ski center ‘Escal Plaza’ at Able Hakuba Goryu (Toomi & Alps Daira areas) is open 24 hours from December 23rd to March 31st. Arriving late at night? No worries! You’ll have access to parking, restrooms, and the facility itself. We also offer bookable nap rooms (private rooms) for your convenience. The center is packed with amenities like restaurants, Subway, Yogorino, rental shops, a Burton store, a convenience store, hot spring baths, and even a childcare service, making your ski life even more enjoyable. With a free parking lot accommodating around 1200 vehicles, your visit is hassle-free. Plus, with a joint ticket for Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park, you can enjoy a diverse range of 24 slopes. Operating Season: From the first snowfall until May 6th (Monday), planned.

  • Parking: Lot B (Free) ※Lot A is closed

※Ski and snowboard visitors can only purchase lift tickets. ※Access above Usagidaira is not allowed. Please note that backcountry skiing and hiking are not permitted from the ski resort.
